Are DailyMaid maids verified?
Yes. Every maid's identity and background is checked by our team before she can take jobs, and she's trained before her first visit.
What is the start PIN?
Your account has a 4-digit start PIN, shown in the app. Your maid needs it to start work, so the visit only begins when you're there and have let her in.
How far ahead can I book?
Up to 60 days. For a plan, every visit, including the last one, has to fall within those 60 days. For a single visit booked well ahead, your maid is assigned about 3 days before.
Will I get the same maid every day?
On 7-day, 15-day, monthly and custom plans, the same maid is assigned for the whole plan whenever she's available. If she can't make a day, we'll find you a replacement for that visit.
How do I pay?
Online, before the visit, by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. There's nothing to pay in cash at the door.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from the booking in the app, until your maid is on her way. After that, please contact support.
